These are the terms for booking a place or buying a gift card on this website. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking a place

Each workshop's page has its own booking terms - what happens if you can't come, what the price covers and, for a five-week course, that it is booked as one course of five sessions. Those are the terms for that workshop, and they are part of these.

Your place is held once you have paid. You get an email confirming it, with the dates, the times and where to go.

Paying

You pay the full price by card when you book, or on the day of the workshop. A place booked to pay on the day is held for you without any payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe - your card details go to them and are never seen or held by us.

Gift cards

A gift card is paid in full when you buy it, and its code is emailed to the person it's for. It can be spent on any workshop at the checkout, and is good for 24 months from the day it was bought. It can't be exchanged for cash.

If we have to cancel

If Karen has to cancel a session, she'll offer you another date or a full refund - your choice.

Who owns what

The workshop descriptions, the photographs, the logo, Karen Welsh's paintings and the Karen Welsh Workshops name belong to Karen Welsh. The paintings in the students' gallery belong to the students who painted them.
