Cancellation is available up to 24 hours from the booking date. 

 

Up to 24 hours: 

The transaction fee charged by Stripe or SumUp will be deducted from the refund. 

 

After 24 hours: 

Booking fees are not refundable if you need to cancel but the booking can be transferred to a later available date.
